POLICIES.
Ordering and Receiving
A typical shipment takes 30 to 60 days to arrive from Brasil - depending on the complexity of the order. Some smaller orders may arrive in just a few weeks. Unfortunately, Fiu Fiu! cannot be responsible for unexpected delays caused by U.S. Customs. We ask that changes to any orders be made within 24 hours.
Shipping
The buyer pays for shipping and duties from the US to any location. The origin of all shipments from Fiu Fiu! is currently from PA. We ask that customers pay for insurance on every shipment. Shipping and insurance costs will be estimated when the order is placed and adjusted accordingly. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Payment options
We require a 50% deposit upfront for any order. Balance is due when order is ready to leave our manufacturers in Brazil.
For payment, we accept:
– Visa, Master card or American Express credit cards* with proper validation.
– Money Orders.
– Wire transfers. (A small fee may be applied)
– Paypal. Available for certified customers.
*All payment via credit card will have a processing fee. This fee will vary according to the value charged on the card. No orders will be placed with our vendors or shipped until payment has cleared.
International orders: For international orders, we request a 50% deposit upfront (paid via wire transfer) Balance is due when order is ready to leave our manufacturers in Brazil. Any additional duties will be paid by the recipient upon arrival. Unfortunately, Fiu Fiu! cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items overseas (or items lost due to situations beyond ourcontrol). For security reasons no credit card payments are allowed on international orders.
Minimum Order
Minimum order is 48 pieces.
Segments of 4 per style, size and color.
Wholesale return Policy
All acceptable returns must be made within 10 days of arrival of the merchandise. Accepted returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card). Your credit card account will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item. Please allow two billing cycles for a refund appear on your credit card statement. Depending on the availability of the item, if exchanged, it may take up to 90 days for replacement. Shipping or handling fees are not refundable. For hygienic reasons, bikinis with hygienic liners removed cannot be returned at any time. Items that appear to have been worn or are missing their original tags will not be accepted for return. Buyer must e-mail us at Jaque@fiufiu.com prior to returning or exchanging any item. All other returns will not be accepted and returned to sender with additional shipping added to order.
Acceptable reasons for wholesale returns:
1. Damaged goods: Although we do not expect any problems with your order, we ask that the costumer thoroughly check the condition of the merchandise upon delivery. If the merchandise is damaged from the manufacturer or damaged in transit we offer the option of replacing the item or store credit. Both the shipper and the costumer must acknowledge the condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery.
2. Incorrect order: If an order was sent incorrectly (wrong size, quantity, color etc), a refund or credit may be granted. Both the shipper and the costumer must acknowledge the merchandise at the time of delivery. If a wrong item is shipped to you due to our mistake we will gladly ship the returned or exchanged item back to you at no cost. If you were to return more than one item and only one of those is due to our mistake, we will refund a portion of the shipping costs.
